Progress Report: 2019 Intentions
January is gone, as are my visions of a miraculous, immediate end to all bad habits on Dec 31 and the beginning of a perfect life on January 1. That said, forward progress was made.
Books = 2 (goal achieved)
Bikram Yoga classes = 15 (2 short)
Peloton/Bike = 5 (10 short)
Duo Lingo (Spanish) = 20 (11 short)
Meditation = 6 (25 short)
Blog Posts = 6 (25 short)
Daily Cold Showers = 31!! (more on that soon)
Daily Planning Session = 5 (horrible)
Gout attacks = 0 (YESSSS!)
Coding Sessions = 0
Mechanic Lessons = 0
The good news is that today is February 1 - a new month. A new beginning.
I turn 50 in November... when I turned 40 I felt like I was 50. When I turned 45, I felt 45. My goal when I turn 50 is to feel 40. Getting there.
